For the California Earthquake Authority, we developed a new strategic plan that resulted in initiatives to improve the financial structure of the Authority, strengthened internal systems, and raised awareness about earthquake preparedness throughout California. Our work with the CEA also included executive development, team coaching, and communication training.

LRI led a six-month process that resulted in a set of initiatives for the University to capitalize on community partnerships and service learning opportunities. This work was coupled with leadership development and coaching for the faculty and managers responsible for executing the program.

We analyzed the existing organizational structure of public television, made recommendations for a new structure, and facilitated a process that resulted in the successful implementation of the new governance structure, encompassing 200 public television stations in 50 states.

For the Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op, we designed and managed a year-long planning process that resulted in a clear set of strategic priorities for the 7,000-member organization. This was followed by a second process in 2001 that resulted in changes to its member-owner discount program.
