Leading Resources Inc. (LRI) offers customized executive coaching programs for new supervisors and emerging leaders in the United States and worldwide. We offer 4-week intensive sessions for new managers and supervisors to get them up to speed quickly. We also offer customized leadership programs of longer duration. A typical management coaching program for emerging leaders start at $1,500.

The Developing Leader

These are people who are currently in leadership roles and need to enhance their effectiveness; individuals who have changed roles and need to develop competencies.

A typical coaching program for developing leaders ranges from $5,000 to $10,000.

The Strategic Leader

These are senior executives who are responsible for creating and implementing the organization's mission, vision, and strategic direction.
