    LRI helps executives and managers achieve meaningful growth in their skills and capabilities. We use a variety of assessment tools to help managers identify desired changes. We then provide the tools, resources and counseling to help them achieve their goals. During a typical engagement, executives gain clarity about their strengths and areas of improvement, commit themselves to change, and receive regular and meaningful coaching sessions designed to catalyze change.

    We provide one-on-one coaching and team coaching that result in higher levels of leadership, communication, professional performance and fulfillment. Specifically, we:

    • Provide individual leadership coaching to improve leadership skills and capabilities.
    • Ensure that leaders have the right talent on board to achieve strategic goals.
    • Develop team leadership by improving communication, developing sound operating principles, and creating clear measures of success.
    • Facilitate leadership transition to ensure the organization supports the goals of new executives.
