Eric Douglas
Eric Douglas is a senior partner and president of Leading Resources Inc., a consulting firm that serves a wide array of clients in California, the U.S. and abroad. The firm's focus is on developing high-performing organizations. LRI has a team of five consultants and a support staff of four. Its headquarters are in Sacramento, California.

An honors graduate of Harvard University, Eric has designed and orchestrated engagements with public agencies, non-profit organizations, and large and small companies. He has facilitated task forces for both public agencies and non-profit organizations.
Eric's first book was Straight Talk: Turning Communication Upside Down for Strategic Results. Straight Talk® features an online system for helping people understand how to communicate more effectively. Eric's most recent book is Leading at Light Speed. It details ten quantum leaps that leaders can take to build high performing organizations in times of accelerating change.
Douglas has been honored by the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) for his work. He has served on numerous boards of directors and devotes considerable time to charitable and community projects. He lives in Northern California.
