Gail Mancarti
Gail Mancarti is a senior consultant for LRI, specializing in leadership development and strategy in the public sector. Her focus is on guiding leaders, leadership teams, and employee groups through change processes, team development, and strategic planning and implementation.
For the past fifteen years, her change management consulting has focused on government agencies, community organizations and educational institutions. As a Regent Scholar, Ms. Mancarti obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Planning and Management from the University of California, Davis. She has 25 years of experience as an executive, manager, member of boards of directors, trainer, and facilitator.
